Well, it's not as though this should surprise anyone. Before the Iraq war started, Ketchup Boy was on the phone to our great allies France, Germany, and Russia. I'd love to see a transcript of those phone calls. I'll bet somebody intercepted them...

If not treasonous it DOES constitute MUTINY. If true, this could do irrepairable damage to any ongoing negotiations with countries in the Middle East. It is basically saying, do not do business with the current administration, help is on the way, wait and you will be rewarded.
