Sounds like 4-5 million of those condescending conservatives will be staying home. Keep making them mad, so a few more stay home. I'm calling your bluff. Stay home. Sit in your hands. Go off to your corner and sulk. Please! I'm tired of you, and your cohort's empty threats. You get your jollies every four years threatening to boycott the Republican Party. DO IT! Then we can all see how insignificant you and your ilk are in the American political landscape.
Frankly, I don't think George W. Bush and the Republicans are going to need your votes. If I were W, I wouldn't WANT your votes. I wouldn't want you to think that you gave him the winning margin, and that now he owes it to you to consider your self-centered, narrow political axes that you incessantly grind.
You're never going to vote for Bush, and I'm tired of the pleasure you guys get watching the rest of us try to reason with you. You've heard our reasons for voting for Bush, the justifications from CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES for re-electing him. None of this phases any of you. You people aren't conservatives; you're self-centered cranks who have an over-bloated sense of your own importance. You're clueless, feckless, useless and hopeless. I'm tried of your self-deluded sense of importance that the election outcomes rests on their sorry votes.
Sit it out. Please! And if we lose, well, we can spend the next four years rebuilding the base, but at least we'll be free of you nitwits!

BRAVO, BRAVO,
B-R-A-V-O ! I join with you, shoulder to shoulder, repeating your words and sentiments. So do the vast majority of FREERERS and the vast majority of Americans.

I haven't talked about my voting for Bush in quite some time, so imagine my surprise to be one of the targets of this. Since you've obviously gone to considerable trouble to identify apostates and build a grudge list, you can keep me on it if you want, but I'll probably be voting for Bush (in the general) since Kerry would be far worse. Not that my vote is going to be the tipping point that swings the Worker's Paradise of California over to Bush, but I'm going to be there voting on less futile measures, so what the hey.

Fantastic post!
My sentiments exactly. A person who aids or by default, contributes to the election of a socialist/liberal, U.N. loving gigolo, is no conservative.!

They were the Perot and Buchanan voters! How far did that get them?
I'll even bet they voted Lyndon LaRouche in the days he called himself Libertarian.

Never in recent memory has so many, been so fed up with the two party system. Just about everyone I know, and speak with is disgusted. Just look at many of the legitimate comments on this board. And it will only pick up steam as more get burned. Bet the rent.

You've heard our reasons for voting for Bush, the justifications from CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES for re-electing him. We need to end the era of the federal income tax, but Bush has perpetuated it. I am grateful for the reductions he has made. However, this reduces a burden like removing chipped brick fragments out of a 5-gallon bucket full of them.
Bush has campaigned against conservative principles and then outdone himself once elected.
There is no Constitutional authority for federal involvement of education other than perhaps compensating its employees.
There is no constitutional funding research on aborted fetal tissue or funding abortion through UNESCO. What's worse is that this not only goes against Constitutional boundaries (and thus the oath of office), but it attacks the right to life of the unborn and all taxpayers who value it.
"Congress shall make now law abridging the freedom of speech" according to the Constitution, but Bush stamped the Bipartisan Campaign Finance Reform Act which violates the First Amendment. This was a bill that he previously campaigned against.
To top it all off he outspent Bill Clinton and added to our FUTURE tax burdens through deficit spending.
America can do better, which is why I support Michael Peroutka for President.

You know, It's sad, someone goes to the bar has one too many, comes home and wants to pick a fight...........
But listen, if you want to flame others and make hollow accusations, please do so, I really don't care what you think or how you feel.
If this is what makes you feel big and tough, then good for you, you really made YOUR point !
Oh, and take your condescending attitude and shove it.

You've heard our reasons for voting for Bush, the justifications from CONSERVATIVE PRINCIPLES for re-electing him. I must have missed that.
Conservative principles?
Free prescription drugs.
Twice the social program spending of Clinton.
Medicare budget busters.
Increased NEA funding.
Billion dollar loans to the UN.
Increased Federal involvement in education.
Statements affirming the assault weapons ban.
Signing the biggest single pork appropriation in the history of the republic.
Yeah... he's "conservative" through and through...
No doubt.
Who wouldn't just jump at the chance to cast a vote for this guy?

You guys are blind and deaf. At least 10 posts here have told you what we want. You keep asking what do you want. When you tell you you shout stop whining.
And there must be 500 posts telling you you're not going to get it with this president, so why bother asking for it?
He's doing the best he can; not good enough for you? Too damn bad; go find another candidate.
But quit telling US that unless we agree with you we're not conservatives.

Are you guys and gals still wasting your time with the Bushbots? It's just going to get worse as the election gets closer and more and more of us bail while these people keep making excuses and calling themselves better conservatives then us, or attacking us personally because we choose to stand on our principals and they are part of a cult of personality.
I live in a very liberal area of the country. When we go out to eat I'm used to overhearing conversations slamming Republicans or Bush. When we went out to a local restaurant I overheard a snippet of conversation where a gentleman at a table of four was slamming GW Bush relentlessly. The last words I heard from this guy were 'I'm a conservative and I can't vote for him, but I do have a lot of respect for Dick Chaney.'
So we're not the only group of people in the world that feels this way. You Bushbots need to shut your yaps and figure out how to do something about this before your hero loses the election.
And for the rest of us..your time is valuable...don't spend it having your Conservatism, patriotism and at times manhood or womanhood questioned. I barely follow politics these days. I just finished Zell Miller's book and loved it, and plan to grab Sean Hannity's next. That's how I spend my spare time rather than arguing with these lunkheads.
To: My2Cents
I have no intentions of sitting home just because you call some non-existant bluff.
I'll be voting for the most conservative candidate, even if I have to write him in.
The only conservative principles Bush has and has acted on are those for the military. Other than that his "conservative priciples" are hollow.
By the way, take a look at the latest freeper poll and then just try to repeat your rant with any sense of credibility. You won't be able to do it.
