Stealth Bomber - Vote on a Leahy (D-VT) amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act to reduce by $2.75 billion funding for the B-2 Bomber. In effect, this amendment would discontinue construction on all but six B-2 Stealth Bombers, that would then be used for flight testing only. Amendment rejected 43-56, 8/2/90.
ACU opposed the amendment.
Kerry supported the amendment.
