Just curious:
would it be possible to identify the relatives of the civilians killed by Kerry and have them bring charges against him for war crimes? He has admitted he did it - so it should be an open and shut case.

"John Kerry aided and abetted the communist government in Hanoi and has hindered any human rights progress in Vietnam," Tran said. This is powerful stuff.
Thanks for posting it, conspiratoristo.

After the anti-war, pro-Hanoi folks prevented us from even helping the So. Vietnamese, even under the rules of the 1973 peace treaty, they have blood on their hands.
Someone needs to do some history channel type stories on Vietnam from Dec. 72 through 1975 and how they relate to anti-war politics.
Around 3 million people died because we weren't allowed to help them. That's a fact.

Oliver North is on with Sean Hannity right now. he just said that John Kerry has the blood of US troops on his hands due to his VVAW activities when he got back to the states. He quoted General Giap's memiors, too.
Another of the many "useful idiots" on the left.

I'm posting this in the entirety since it's in the Google cache but no longer on the web site:
Washington August 5, 2002
Vietnamese-American across the U.S will have a week-long Rally in front Senator John Kerry?s office from 8/19 to 8/23/2002; 8:00am ? 5:00pm each day
Senator John Kerry: WHY?
Today Vietnamese-Americans across the U.S. launch a nationwide campaign to call on Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts to support the Vietnamese people instead of their Communist persecutors, to respect the right of his 99 colleagues in the Senate to vote on the Viet Nam Human Rights Act, and to listen to the voices of the 1.2 million Vietnamese-Americans.
On September 6, 2001, the House of Representatives passed the Viet Nam Human Rights Act overwhelmingly, by 410 to one. This Act was crated so as to ensure that trade with Viet Nam will promote democracy, civil society and human rights, and not the Communist Party's monopoly on power.
However, when this Act arrived in the Senate Sen. Kerry single-handedly placed an indefinite hold on this bill, denying his 99 fellow Senators the opportunity to vote on the bill. Sen. Kerry?s hold will practically kill this bill when the 107th Congress adjourns later this year. As justification, Sen. Kerry cited an outdated U.S. State Department Report on Human Rights Practices, which according to him "noted measurable improvement in some areas, including the release of some political and religious prisoners and a continuing trend toward reduced government interference in the daily lives of most citizens."
Ironically, the most up-to-date State Department Report, issued in March of this year, paints a totally different picture: "The [Vietnamese] Government's poor human rights record worsened in some respects and it continued to commit numerous, serious abuses. The Government continued to repress basic political and some religious freedoms and abuses by the Government increased. The Government continued to restrict significantly civil liberties on grounds of national security and societal stability."
In fact, over the past ten months Viet Nam has stepped up its persecution of religious leaders, arrested numerous intellectuals and writers who demanded freedom of expression, and cracked down on veteran Communists who denounced high-level corruption in the government. Sen. Kerry has evidently sent the wrong message to the Vietnamese dictators: they can persecute their own people with impunity and still count on a powerful U.S. Senator to shield them from any U.S. criticisms or sanctions.
Challenged by the latest Department of State Report, Sen. Kerry has found a new, different line of defense for his indefensible, misguided and harmful position. He now claims that he and Sen. John McCain oppose the bill for fear that "it may hinder rather than advance the cause of human rights in Vietnam." He has failed to explain how this bill, which supports human rights and religious freedom in Viet Nam, could make Viet Nam?s human rights conditions any worse than what they have become over the past 10 months. There is no indication or evidence that the Senator from Arizona has ever joined Sen. Kerry in opposing the Viet Nam Human Rights Act.
Vietnamese-Americans and human rights advocates across the country have joined force to call on Sen. Kerry to support the suppressed people of Viet Nam instead of finding endless excuses for the Communist dictators. Sen. Kerry should immediately release his hold on the Viet Nam Human Rights Act. By letting this bill die in the Senate, Sen. Kerry will also kill the hope of over 80 million Vietnamese for liberty and human dignity.
Our campaign, launched today, will go beyond this election year and, if necessary, will continue until the Presidential election of 2004.
Based on this spirit, the Vietnamese-American communities will send their group representatives to Boston to protest in front of Senator John Kerry?s office frm August 19 to 23, 2002 beginning at 8:00 am until 5:00pm each day.
Based on this nation?s virtues of humanitarianism and equality for all, we hope to have all of your support in serving this worthy cause to enhance awareness of this growing concern for the suppressed populations in Vietnam.
You can help stop Vietnam?s human rights abuse by contact Senator John Kerry at (202) 224-2742 0r (617) 565-8519 or e-mail to:
John-Kerry@kerry.senate.gov Thank you and God bless you.

JOHN KERRY IS NO WAR HERO!!!
The Lee Marvin, Capt. Kangaroo and Mr. Rogers You Never Knew
Captain Kangaroo turned 76 not long before he died recently, which is odd, because he's never looked a day under 76. (DOB: 6/27/27) His death reminded me of the following story:
Some people have been a bit offended that the actor, Lee Marvin, is buried in a grave alongside 3 and 4 star generals at Arlington National Cemetery. His marker gives his name, rank (PVT.) and service (USMC). Nothing else. Here's a guy who was only a famous movie star who served his time, why the heck does he rate burial with these guys?
Well, following is the amazing answer: I always liked Lee Marvin, but did not know the extent of his Corps experiences.
In a time when many Hollywood stars served> their country in the Armed forces often in rear-echelon posts where they were carefully protected, only to be trotted out to perform for the cameras in war bond promotions, Lee Marvin was a genuine hero. He won the Navy Cross at Iwo Jima. There is only one Higher Naval award . the Congressional Medal of Honor.
If that is a surprising comment on the true character of the man, he credits his sergeant with an even greater show of bravery. The following is dialog from The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson with his guest, Lee Marvin:
Johnny said, "Lee, I'll bet a lot of people are unaware that you were a Marine in the initial landing at Iwo Jima and that during the course of that action you earned the Navy Cross and were severely wounded."
"Yeah, yeah... I got shot square in the ass and they gave me the Cross for securing a hot spot about halfway up Suribachi...bad thing about getting shot up on a mountain is guys getting' shot hauling you down. But, Johnny, at Iwo I served under the bravest man I ever knew... We both got the cross the same day, but what he did for his Cross made mine look cheap in comparison. The dumb bastard actually stood up on Red beach and directed his Troops to move forward and get the hell off the beach. Bullets flying by and mortar rounds landing everywhere and he stood there as the main target of gunfire so that he could get his men to safety. He did this on more than one occasion because his men's safety was more important than his own life. That Sergeant and I have been lifelong friends. When they brought me off Suribachi we passed the Sergeant and he lit a smoke and passed it to me, lying on my belly on the litter and said, "Where'd they get you, Lee?" "Well Bob... if you make it home before me, tell Mom to sell the outhouse!" Johnny, I'm not lying...Sergeant Keeshan was the bravest man I ever knew...The Sergeant's name is Bob Keeshan. You and the world know him as Captain Kangaroo."
On another note, there was this wimpy little man (who just passed away) on PBS, gentle and quiet. Mr. Rogers is another of those you would least suspect of being anything but what he now portrays to our youth. But Mr. Rogers was a U.S. Navy Seal, combat proven in Vietnam with over twenty-five confirmed kills to his name. He wore a long sleeve sweater on his show to cover the many tattoos on his forearm and biceps. A master in small arms and hand-to-hand combat, able to disarm or kill in a heartbeat.
After the war Mr. Rogers became an ordained Presbyterian minister, and therefore a pacifist. Vowing to never harm another human and also dedicating the rest of his life to trying to help lead children on the right path in life. He hid the tattoos and his past life away and won our hearts with his quiet wit and charm.
America's real heroes don't flaunt what they did. They quietly go about their day-to-day lives, doing what they do best. They earned our respect and the freedoms that we all enjoy.

It funny.... Today I went to the Westside Pavillion in West Los Angeles to go to the book store and in front of Nordstrom's dept. store was a get out the vote table for John Kerry and it was manned by three US Army soldiers... I did a double take and noticed that though the three men had on fatigues they did not have any insignia indicating their rank or their unit... They also didn't have their names on their uniforms... So I asked the guys if they were enlisted and after a bit of hesitation, one of the guys said that they were veterans... I was pissed that these guys portrayed themselves as being enlisted and not being forth right as being veterans... I took their word for it and moved on... For all I know they are paid actors wearing fatigues and claiming to be veterans... They all look to be in their mid-thirties to early forties... Does anyone know if there is a protocol that veterans adhere to when wearing the uniform in public... I would like to know so I can confront those guys and the mall...
Thanks...
