"Severin doesn't worship Kerry or even praise him. He is being merely realistic".
I beg you the difference. Yes, he is not praising Kerry everyday but he said many times that he admires him. Moreover if he really wants Bush to be re-elected he should be attacking Kerry every second on his ultra liberal record, his treason of his fellow soldiers when he came from Vietnam, his flip flpos and huge contradictions on very important issues, and his hypocracy. At the contrary President Bush is his primary target every day for the last few months and this is not the work of someone who wants Bush re-elected.

I admit to being an infrequent listener (perhaps for two or three hours a week). But I have never heard him say he "admires" Kerry. I have heard him say Bush is a doofus and a "Forrest Gump" like he did tonight. To be honest- from what I saw of that interview- that is not an out of line description. Even conservative commentators were appalled by his performance. To not point that out and demand that the President get his act together would be the real crime.
Also tonight Jay defended Bush quite handily against what I thought was a "seminar" call from a Dem stoodge.
I did hear Jay describe Kerry as "puppet head" and incapable of expressing emotion the other day.
