Well, he said something similar to what HLL quoted... But it really was "Are you going to expose your breast" He said .... "Oh no.... My brother said said not to expose anything if it wasn't the Boob in the White House, but that's just what ~he~ said... I said [brother's name]!"..... and then Joan sent him off somewhere else....I am not sure what he was really trying to say. It wasn't a smooth move, for sure.
Oh, OK. So it sounds like his brother made that anti-Bush statement. Strange. Um... yeah, maybe Sean shouldn't have said anything.
Sean presented the award for Best New Artist at about 9:55-10pm ET with Norah Jones (I think that's who she was). He didn't say anything "controversial".
