For nearly 200 years emigration has become an issue every time the economy falls into recession or depression, and goes away once the economy recovers.

In down turns emigration has been limited on several occasions... then when the economy recovers the flood gates are opened up again.

With the economy in full rebound and jobs comming back, emigration will cease to be an issue as it has over 15 times before in the history of the USA.

The only thing new under the political sun is the history you don't know!
