We just blew $36 mil on a new high school because the old one had a leaking roof and bad windows. The roof of the new school began leaking at once, the fixtures went bad and the auditorium burnt. The new school does have that pre requsite for education though..it has an atrium. BTW the old school is used as overflow for the town drones who can't fit in our new and very expensive handicapped acess town hall.

A couple of weeks ago someone posted a photo of the administration building in a district in the desert region of So-Cal that rivaled one of Saddam's palaces but the kids attend classes in trailers...
