Now,a far as Americans talking about foreign leaders, here on FR, that's quite another matter.

Interesting.
Might I ask for a cite on these rules, or are they just something you came up with on your own (i.e., "opinion")?
I've never heard anything like this before, so I'd like to have chapter and verse on it before I go passing it along to anyone else, you see. (Or acting on it myself, for that matter. I'm quite cautious about inadvertent violations as of late.)
You stated:
[556] It is the height of arrogance and pomposity, for you to talk about a system you clearly don't understand and have NO part in!and
[567] I don't care, what you think. It's absolutely NONE of your business anyway
I must confess that it does seem to me, from my reading of those two statements, that your objection is not recognizably consistent with the reciprocal of your reply to my original query. (Your reply is quoted below as a courtesy).
It's their elections. It would be presumptive, arrogant, and pompous for an American citizen to go on a British forum, for sake of argument, and tell them what's what with their decisions. Now,a far as Americans talking about foreign leaders, here on FR, that's quite another matter.
I hope you can see where I'm having trouble lining up your reply with my query. It seems like your earlier statements (which prompted my query) indicate a displeasure on your part with any foreigners sharing any commentary vis-a-vis domestic (American) politics, period.
For instance, assertions like, "absolutely NONE of your business anyway" do not seem (to me, at least) to be rooted in any particular venue, but rather seem to be speaking in an absolute "thou shalt not" sense, regardless of venue, with the sole criteria being one of, "is this speaker an American, or is this speaker a foreigner?"
While I am a writer by trade, I do not claim infallible comprehension of what others may have intended to communicate, thus, my request for clarification.
In any event, I would also appreciate some sourcing for your claims (hopefully after you clarify precisely what it is that you claim ;-) ), for the reasons stated in my 673. TIA.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
