A Republican President should spend as much as possible (on conservative goals) so as to cripple the spending ability of later Democratic Presidents who cannot promote their own liberal projects due to high deficits and debt.

I don't know why people can't see this. The only way to beat the libs is to outspend them. Especially on things like the NEA and Medicare.

Actually the UN looks like the fool in this. They are whining about the interest on the loan. Bush looks magnaminous to the middle of the road voters and the UN looks like spoiled brats.

So you see it's all about the high road. JMO, when you(TigersEye) knee jerkedly rant about the UN to the average voter you turn them off. But show them(UN) to be a bunch of whining beaureaucrats and you gain converts seeing the UN as the whining beaureaucrats they are.
