DSM = ???

What the article is doing is pointing out how there is a deliberate campaign by the homosexual community to normalize homosexuality and insert it into the mainstream of American society as just another lifestyle.

This would not be a good thing, what with AIDS and the other homosexual pathologies — physical and psychological.

"DSM = ???"

Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR (Text Revision)
by Task Force on DSM-IV, American Psychiatric Association

I am assuming you were asking what the DSM was. An interesting "manual" it is, too! The psychiatric community gets together every few years and votes on what new mental disorders it can put into the manual...so they can bill for yet a few MORE "mental illnesses". Homosexuality was considered a mental disorder until 1974 when the emerging power of gays and lesbians became obvious.

I read somewhere that "keyboard phobia" had been added to the latest DSM! That means typing makes you nervous...and by golly! that's billable!!

Occasionally, when I want to go shopping, I express Narcissistic Personality Disorder (DSM 301.81), and overindulge in expensive clothing. The Big Guy, seeing the checkbook, experiences a Partner Relational Problem (DSM V61.1), expresses his displeasure via Oppositional Defiant Disorder (DSM 312.81), and goes out and buys himself something expensive, too! I then pout, and allow my Avoidant Personality Disorder (DSM 301.82) to surface. Finally, we both figure out that our Adult Antisocial Behavior (DSM V71.01) is just another Phase of Life Problem (DSM V62.89), and chalk the whole thing up to an Impulse-Control Disorder (DSM 312.30).

P.S. I never could balance that darned checkbook (Mathematics Disorder DSM 315.1) The shrinks would have a field day with me, I guess!

Don't read too much into this; it's late and I'm tired (and I don't know the DSM billing code for that one.)

There was a thread at DU that certainly backs that up...

Has homosexuality ever been accepted in society?

Someone here must know the answer to this. I was thinking about how long it would take this society to accept gay marriage, then I figured that homosexuality has been around as long as man has been around. Somewhere in the time spectrum of back then to now, there must have been a society somewhere that accepted homosexuality as normal....

They do have an agenda and it's scary.
