Ptolemy himself was Greek (actually Macedonian to be more specific). The whole Ptolemaic line which ruled Egypt descended from Ptolemy (surprise) who happened to be one of the three generals who partitioned Alexamder the Great's empire. It's obvious you're really up on Egyptian history.

Actually I am familiar with the Byzantine Empires and their source... However, one would think that after ruling a nation for 300 years, they would not be able to consider themselved pure Macedonians... I understand that there were incestuous relationships and all but the best that we could say is that she is a Greek/Macedonian that was born in Egypt (we know nothing of the mother)... And in 300 years, I would think there is some Egyptian Blood in the mix... As she was born in Egypt and ruled Egypt, I hope you can excuse the misunderstanding...
I understand this is the same problem we have with George III who only spoke German...
I ask again as you appear to be a more learned person, do you think Cleopatra has been portrayed accurately in physical appearance and skin color in movies, drawings, etc?...
