We have the tape, suspect and the little girl's body. I say it is time to get the rope, a can of gas and find a nice strong tree near a swamp and have a good ole fashion lynching and burning party, I mean that is what I say or better yet someone should tie a millstone around his neck and cast his ass into the sea.

It would be better for him to have a millstone place round his neck and cast into the deepest part of the ocean than on the day he meets his maker...
Send him there ASAP
Lord please give her parents your peace and strength in dealing with the awefull pain they now must bear...in Jesus' name

Unfortunately, killing him would be too kind. This is one of those times I wouldn't mind having Uday Hussein around to show him what it's like when the Iraqi soccer team lost a match. This man needs to have electrodes hooked up to his nuts while Dr. Mengele goes over him with a rusty butter knife.
Afterwards, then I'll flip the switch...
God bless little Carlie.
To: 2banana
I volunteer to flip the switch. If Florida had death by firing squad, I could have 10 volunteers ready to go in about an hour...That is WAY TOO SOFT a punishment for the POS. I say, cover the bastard with honey, hog tie the SOB on top of a fire ant bed and turn loose several thousand killer bees next to him.

What pisses me off even more is thinking of the idiots weeping and crying and holding candles for this monster when they put the needle in.

Smith has been arrested at least 13 times in Florida since 1993, according to state records. He was arrested in 1997 in Manatee County on kidnapping and false imprisonment charges, but was acquitted a year later. He served 17 months in state prison for heroin possession and prescription drug fraud and was released on New Year's Day 2003. He was arrested eight days later on a cocaine possession charge and was placed on probation for three years. He also was placed on probation for aggravated battery in 1993 and heroin charges in 1999. You wonder why on earth is a guy like this freed from prison. The liberals who support releasing this type of prisoner are responsible for this little girl's death --- this guy was already known to be a large problem.

Yeah, I'd like to see how they'd feel when it's their kid. Bet they'd be first in line waiting to throw that switch. If they didn't feel that way, they should have their reproductive rights revoked.
To: AppyPappy
Okay I will buy that.

They can make life for him worse than death in prison. Put him in a blonde wig and some vanilla body scent and see what it will do for a 350lb lifer named Mongo. That'll be some good cell lov'n.

I heard on the radio that he told them where to find the body. My guess is that it's in exchange for life in prison.
To: geedee
I said that same prayer to God and my wife this morning!
To: mlbford2
Put him in a blonde wig and some vanilla body scent Nope,
7 square foot box papered with pictures of murdered girl
1 foot steel spikes spaced 6 inches apart on floor, walls and ceiling
lock door, push down hill
repeat as necessary.

The no good dude really deserves to suffer, that's for sure. I hope they take him out soon (ACLU will run to the rescue, though!)
