No name associated with the phase. I was just outside enjoying the full moon and I remembered that I needed to rehash this old 'tin foil' alert from November.

While looking though all of Daleel's messages since November, I just couldn't help but giggle over all of the 'coming silence', 'we'll be back after a while', 'very soon' comments. Daleel is getting to be a bigger crack-pot than that EOM character.

Then Daleel posts the "Badr-al-Riyadh-v1-0.pdf" file at his/her Yahoo! group today which was simply downloaded from here.
