Yes, it bothers me. Wonder if someone is watching the process of how we handle these situations and checking for loopholes.

I keep seeing this line in so many of these stories:

Boone, February 17, 2004 - Authorities say they still don't know what the white powder found in the mail room of a Boone company is, but they do know for sure two things that powder is not.

Same line in the San Antonio story...hmmmmmm
