The right hand side contains a lot of guessing. The X could be wrong. There is no chance on reading the tiny long line of text under that. Then there are immages under that.

Skull and crossbones
And a gear like immage.

These almost look like the wingdings in MS word.

I was thinking the letters looked like: "Q (or O) 33 NY ...... and then I can't make out the rest.
