I have a hard time envisioning their boats getting close enough to our shores to land large numbers of fighters. Having said that, they could probably get close enough to launch motorized rafts or drop off small groups of scuba divers within several miles from shore. They might be able to get close enough to the shoreline somewhere in Mexico to land large numbers.
Who knows how many terrorists might have come over from Cuba intermingled with other refugees in the past. It's a known fact that in many cases these refugees have landed with little notice in the past and, with sinister intentions, could easily vanish into thin air with false ID's.

LOL! I thought maybe you were just throwing Canada & Mexico in for good measure (given the open boarders and all...). :-(
