That's the same story, but it differs in some details that make me think this was possibly two seperate instances.

In the first story, they say the package was addressed to Belgium, and "burst" after she dropped it off.

In the second one,(the one you linked and I also did in my second post about it) they say the package was addressed to Geneva, Switzerland and was leaking powder, also that the woman fled.

Could just be confusion, sounds like a lot going on.
