That thing that looks like a floor plan is the diagram that they used for the Riyadh attack in November according to the video.
No doubt analysts and linguists are working on the tapes to try and decipher any messages that are hidden within them.
I would doubt very seriously that you'll see any confirmed details released publicly other than that the messages exist.
