That's a fact.
I believe they were the cruise line that ceremoniously dumped a young teen off in some foreign port because he had an unopened pack in his luggage. Of course the whole family vacation was ruined, and the parents couldn't leave junior alone to find his own way home. There are probably more stories like that which didn't make the press. Just for that incident, I still wouldn't ever ride on Carnival whether they bring back smoking or not even if they were the only cruise line going. They made their bed.

OH yeah, When it failed there was only this small buried article, If it was a sucess and Carnival were to add more smoke free ships you can bet that it would have been all over the place in lead stories
