At first I kept an open mind about him and considered him as a possibility, but if his best effort is to run around attacking President Bush in an election year, and he and is planning to run a far right campaign, he may get the Republican nomination, but he is going to lose by a landslide to Boxer.

Wanting our borders closed and laws enforced is a "far right" position? Where is he running around attacking Bush? Here's a quote from the story:

While Kaloogian is a strong supporter of the President’s tax cuts, war on terrorism and national defense policies, he is strongly opposed to the immigration plan.

He's disagreeing with Bush's policies on immigration, as millions of us are. That doesn't mean he's a far right-winger.

Suddenly we're "fringers," "extremists" and "Bushbashers."

Nevermind that the LAWS of the land are on OUR side. Never mind that the politicians are ignoring us.

THIS AIN'T GOING AWAY! Republican leaders had better start paying attention or they'll be out of a job!

You go Howard!
