Wow!

I believe my two year old son at the time had an experience. I nearly lost him to drowning...He got out and climbed into the above ground pool via the filtering system he climbed onto. I was preparing dinner at the time and when I realized he wasn't inside I began looking everywhere. Panicking that he wasn't inside i ran out the back calling him. I ran to the pool first and found him floating face down. I tried climbing into the pool with a 9month pregnant body on me since the ladder was put away to prevent this..I did manage to get him out and try what little CPR on him i knew.. What a horrible experience at the time. I have a clue of what parents go through who lose their children to this. Fortunatley, I didn't...The next morning in recovery my baby woke up..He jumped up in bed and ask me "where did that man go that was wearing a blanket"...He was so excited and kept looking for him and for days kept asking for him...My son never had a problem from my carelessness that day, thank God! He is 12 now and a beautiful little boy who loves the Lord. So needles to say, I believe that God is watching over us all the time...

In Ashton Idaho one winter night several years ago, A fire broke out from a propane leak, the fire started in the kitchen, all of the family got out except a 6 year old boy who's bedroom was beneath the kitchen where the fire broke out. The family had gathered outside the house and was in a panic knowing that the boy was still inside. Then the boy came walking around from the back side of the house. When the family calmed down they asked the boy how he got out, he said a white blob came in his bedroom and showed him the way out. The first question that comes to mind is "why was this boy saved and others who died in fires were not saved?" I don't know, but the fact is he was. Who are we to question gods will?

A friend of ours had a similar experience....when the baby was 2, the older boys (age 6) were supposed to watch her while mother went to the bathroom. She crawled out the doggie door as the boys watched cartoons. She got into the pool....mom came out of bathroom, looked for the girl -- no where to be found.....for some reason went to the pool and found her face down in the shallow end...
pulled her out - CPR - paramedics - helicoptered to hospital childrens ICU - She was in a coma for about a week - on the ventilator....one day in ICU, a African American "priest" shows up and tells the nurses he is from the cathedral in town and is here to bless the child. They let him in - the blessing is performed (mom is here at the time) and he chats with her - prays, and leaves....the next morning the baby wakes up - gets off vent in 48 hours and goes home about two weeks later.....mother asks the nurses who that priest was and they say they had never seen him before. She calls the cathedral to find him to tell him thanks and let him know his power or prayer made a huge difference to her and to the baby.....the personnel at the cathedral tell her that they have never had an African-American priest at that cathedral.....then, about a year or so later, mom takes baby shopping -- as they are entering the supermarket, a black man is wheeling his groceries out....the little girl tugs on her mothers arm and tells her mother, "mommy, there is my angel!"
Today she is a health teenager...unfortunately, like my son, without recollection of these events....but the family knows that they were blessed!
