Regardless of the rhetoric around here, there's no way to be certain whether this was or wasn't an accident. Of course, there are those around here who declared it not an accident, mere moments after it happened. None of us can say, with absolute certainty, whether it was, or wasn't.

Plain and simple.
You weren't in the dressing room prior to the incident, nor were you onstage when it happened.
The only two who can be absolutely certain are the two involved, everyone just has an opinion, one way or the other...
