I caught that... Looked like the guy was dressed in a referee uniform with toilet paper hanging out of his pants....coming on to the field late for the second half.!! He ran crazily on the field, stripped and started an Irish Jig. How the heck did i miss THAT?

They showed the full shot of the field... in the lower left, you see what appears to be a ref trying to get on the field and running through the folks on the sideline. Then they flashed to the return man, and there were whistles. That's when they went back and you saw the guy disrobed and dancing.
