At least he admitted to it, instead of expecting anyone to believe his wrinkles magically disappeared overnight. He sort of looks like F. Murray Abraham in the after photo.

I have nothing against him (or Kerry, for that matter) having cosmetic surgery if that's what he wants. The only problems are:
1. Lying about it (a la Kerry).
2. Using taxpayer dollars to pay for it (or your current wife's money).
3. The Italian guy now looks like Vladimir Putin.
