President Bush feels Mexican trucks can meet U.S. safety guidelines and thinks allowing door-to-door deliveries will cut down on shipping costs and ultimately benefit consumers. The illegal aliens will need driver's licenses to drive those trucks.

Trucker coming dowm from Canada use their Canadian provincial license. Mexicans would do the same.
