The people of California made it clear they do not want illegals to have licenses. So all Arnold is doing by pushing them again is making sure the son of Prop 187 gets on the ballot and passes.
Maybe that's not so bad, even though I don't believe for a minute that's the strategy.
Maybe the Prop187 and save our license people should team up and help eachother get signatures for their referendums?
