Yeah right. Not this administration. Unless by "manage the flow more efficiently" you mean quit pretending you even care how many are coming across.

Am I missing something - but doesn't our constitution strictly reserve the right to enter into treaties with foreign countries to the EXECUTIVE BRANCH of the federal govt?
