Backpedaling? From what someone else said? No, I am not backpedaling. I think Keyes' self righteousness is the reason why he is so ineffective. And I am listening to the speech right now, and he does sound like a nutcase. So there.

..I think Keyes' self righteousness is the reason why he is so ineffective...I agree, assuming you mean Bloomberg-style 'effectiveness.' Maybe when your kind matures beyond the need for candidates with the personality of a game show host, Keyes' time will come?
