Yes, that's exactly it!! If the Constitution doesn't give us the right answer, then maybe it's in the Declaration of Independence.

Sometimes, I think it unfortunate that Ambassador Keyes didn't go into the priesthood. He might be at least a Cardinal by now!! Instead, he got mixed up in all this political stuff and sometimes I think it just isn't the best fit for him. He's a very talented man, you know.

That's exactly what? Your post makes no sense at all. The best I can get out of it is that you have a personal dislike for Alan Keyes. Who cares?
