You don't become president being a shrinking violet. That same "arrogance" is what made him tell the UN to pound sand on Kyoto. It is the same "arrogance" that got 3 tax cuts through when he han NO mandate, It was that same "arrogance" that told the EU International Criminal Court to kiss off, It was that same "arrogance" that has resulted in Saddam Hussein sitting in an military brig awaiting trial, It was the same "arrogance" that got the first truly anti-abortion bill passed and signed since Roe v.
