Well, let's wait to see what exactly is in it.
After all the "biggest increase in twenty years" might amount to a few million dollars.
It might also be used to fund patriotic art or propaganda efforts overseas.
It won't be put exactly that way, of course- but something like that.
In any case, within the scheme of the Federal Budget, whatever is proposed will be pocket change.

Well, let's wait to see what exactly is in it. Thank you. I too want to hear the words (or see them) before believing this.

Yeah, a few million here, a few million there, pretty soon it starts to add up to real money....

If GW doesn't understand that he is subsidizing the enemy, he is the chimp that the dims say he is! I guess that Laura thinks we need a few more PissChrists? Is GW going to increase MPR funding also?

I doubt if the funds can be earmarked for only "patriotic" arts.

Well, let's wait to see what exactly is in it.By that time the current administration will have succeeded in overendowing the Endowment For The Arts.
Your comment that the biggest increase in twenty years migiht amount to a few million dollars.
A million here, a million there. Pretty soon that adds up to real money.
Of course, for us paupers who have scrimped, invested and saved in order to become petty millionaires, a million here and there is indeed more than chump change. Especially when we consider just what this "conservative" president is bent on endowing!
