When you see the pictures of all the staff cheering, you wonder if this is the best use of such people. If we need a WPA government project for intelligent and capable people, maybe other projects should be compared.

O'Keefe said there were cases where only human decision-making on the spot can solve problems in space. Right. If we're not going to go into space, why bother sending these robots? Don't even bother with the phony 'search for life' crusade either. Either we're gong or we're not.
