She also is constantly complaining whenever the Israelis fry some Palestinian goon - something you never see Rumsfeld or Cheney doing.

No, I haven't seen that from her. When she has been to Israel she has been well received. I hear the "well the Israelis are naughty too" stuff from the WH press secretary and sometimes from Powell. And I don't think anyone except parts of the state dept. believe that rhetoric.

I also watch this stuff pretty closely, and I have never seen any ambivalence about Israel from her. In fact, I always regarded her as a foil to Colin Powell and the rest of the State Department internationalists.
I think that your anger is misplaced.
