You're right. That's exactly what's going to happen.

Who cares anymore, the Political Elites are appearing to be absolutely out of touch....I am totally frustrated with Bush & totally disgusted with the Dimos and the Commie Left...my thoughts are turning to Idaho, New Hampshire and Free States...I may get over it but I no longer have much faith in this Government and find myself becoming more & more disillusioned with Bush and the Republican Party!!
The choices I see are not pleasant.

And who is "your boy", Kerry, Clark or perhaps Dean?

Let's see...How long have you been here?

If you bothered to check, Mr. "Fair," you'd see that I was a Bush supporter and Bush voter in 2000. Maybe I'll be one in 2004, if he dumps illegal aliens as his constituents.

But I'm glad Bush might be facing Kerry instead of Dean. You and Rove and all those boys who can't stand the GOP middle class, conservative base---who write things like "Bush owes conservatives nothing" on this forum---you thought you'd be up against "Son of McGovern" Dean, and that as a consequence you could just "blow off" the despised conservative base with ruinous spending and a "blanket amnesty" (oh yes, that's what it is). And when we objected, you could just say "Shut up, nativist racist fringe extremists! Who needs you anyway?" Matter of fact, that's exactly what you all have been doing, following Karl's memo, no doubt.

But things've changed, haven't they? Kerry poses a stronger challenge than Dean, and Bush is going to need to turn out his base, not pee down their legs and tell them it's raining. Get with the program, OK? ;-D

I am proud to be a ""Broken glass Bushbot".

Some of those claiming to be conservatives are more like a "broken glass Hillarybots". When are you guys and gals going to get it throught your heads that if Bush isn't going to get re-elected in November, you will get a Dem, most likely with Hillary as VP, setting her up for the Presidency.

Another thing you keep ignoring, is that while Bush has done tremendous things, he is not omnipotent, and he has to work within what's possible.

The same way as some "high minded" individuals voted for Ross Perot, which resulted in electing Clinton and having him as President for 8 long years.

People at least should take responsibility for their actions.

"There isn't a member of the Senate you can look at as a stalwart on this issue," the congressman said. "Not one."

We asked for the truth, and Tancredo has given it to us.

There isn't a single representative willing to fight for the prservation of our borders. The personal interests of the political elite have now become primary agenda and not the interests of the majority of Americans.

We have been sold out - pure and simple.

Tom Tancredo is telling us the horrible truth:

"If something comes out of this Congress, it'll be worse."

I'm not ignoring that Bush has done tremendous things. I'll probably vote Bush this year. If not, I'll vote for the Constitution Party candidate. You're right, he's not omnipotent. But, he's done many things that were deliberate. Amnesty for illegals. Prescription Health Care (which amendment says that people have a right to free drugs? I can't find it in my copy of the Constitution.) Illegal Campaign Finance Reform. Massive Education Bloat bill. The list goes on. For every good thing about Bush, there's a negative. Now, I can't say that would have happened with Gore. With every negative with him, there would have been a double-negative. I am PROUD I voted for Bush. I know it was the right thing. But, now, the party is moving further and further to the left on a nearly daily basis. So, it's time for a change.

It's coming. 2004 is not up for grabs at this point in my mind. Bush will win. But, in 2006 and 2008, major changes and major pushes will be coming.

Don't be left behind.

And don't think to lecture me on conservative values. I've got them. I'm willing to put them on the line, both politically and physically. I will canvas, I will push, and I will work towards the foundation of a strong conservative opposition the the Republicrat party as it's starting to become. And if things change, and we can save the country, so be it. If we can't, and it devolves to the point where physical action is required, I will be on the side of justice and freedom. I'm willing to put my name on the line. I'm willing to sign. Are you?

Don't make the mistake of thinking I'm some sort of revolutionary. I'm not. I'm an honest man trying to make a difference. And if the whole thing explodes, and it comes to a revolutionary situation or a civil war situation, I will be on the side of righteousness. It is my fervent hope that I will be able to do enough to help move things in the right direction to avoid some of the more flamable situations. But, the culture clashes today are to volitile to be confident.

Bush is NOT pandering. He is trying to find a solution to a big, longterm problem

Yeah . . . and if you believe that, then I have some ocean-front property in Kansas to sell you, real cheap! Interested?

The very core of our system of government is majority rule.

Uh, no it's not. Good article otherwise.

"Why bother, why don't you register as a Democrat. They are the ones who will beneift."

They'll only benefit if I vote for a Democrat. And, in all candor, if Zell Miller (Democrat Senator from Georgia, who is retiring) was running against Bush I'd vote for Miller, since his stance on the issues is more conservative than Bush's, and more closely resembles my own.

Tancredo did not use illegal labor in his home.
He hired a contractor who subcontracted to a copmany that hired an illegal aliens under false pretenses.
Tancredo did "change his mind" (read the polls?) on guns. He no longer opposing restricting purchases of large size magazines. However, he still has a 0% rating from the Brady Center. http://www2.bradycampaign.org/facts/scorecard/

They were there doing work, ask Sam Francis.
Perhaps he should be more vigilante...like he was with the honor student.

Tancredo is responsible to review the fraudulent papers of a subcontractor? Get real.

Perhaps he should be more vigilante...like he was with the honor student.
I didn't realise taht reading a paper was being vigilent! The illegal outed himself in an article.
