I just can't stand the taste of cinnamon. Now, if someone put it up in capsule form...

I'm sure there will be some entrepeneur that will do this; in the meantime, I think you can buy empty gelatin capsules; you can then just put the cinnamon in these and swallow them as you would any pill.

Now, if someone put it up in capsule form... I think they may do just that if I'm not mistaken. I thought I saw it online. I'll see if I can find it again.

That's exactly what I do. You can buy empty caps at the health food store and a gizmo to help you fill them.

Cinnamon capsules I just put that in as a search term and here is a place that sells them, I am sure there are others, with this news, I bet that all the vitamin stores will be carrying it, if they don't already.

Eric, we went to Milwaukee sometime ago, and found The Spice House.
Among other things, we purchased four separate 1 oz. bags of different cinnamons from around the world.
Mr Pilgrim and I brought them home and tasted each one.
Just put a minuet little on the spoon a taste.
Our favorite is, Saigon Cinnamon.
There are others, such as Korinje Indonesian Cinnamon, Ceylon "Treu" Cinnamon, and China Tunghing Cassia Cinnamon.
Here is the web-site.

We didn't realize there were so many different kinds. The kind in the grocery store is awful when comparing. I think you will enjoy the better gourmet kind. It's ground much finer!
