Who would the naysayers rather have?

If conservatives were to split and go separate ways from our voting block we would lose more than the presidency. It has taken years to become taken seriously as it is.

I'm surprised President Bush would consider conservatives important as a block to begin with. In Pennsylvania, only 82% of conservatives voted for him in 2000... that's immediately coming out of the Clinton nightmare!

Bush only lost PA by about 200,000 votes out of 5 million. If conservatives had supported him just a bit more in my state than Florida may not have been such a crisis...
