Sorry, this is one conservative who was damn glad of it when I had a stalker calling me dozens of times a day stating he was going to rape me. Since this fella had already punctured all my car tires one day while I was at work, this was not a threat to take lightly.
Apparently Libertarians would have told me that the government had no right to tap the phone calls and I was out of luck until I actually did get raped.
This isn't even vaguely related to what is being discussed. Court ordered wiretaps aren't the issue, never have been.
