When people are allowed to medicate themselves, they will be less likely to overdose.
I beleive the conclusion of the study was that if patients were left IN CONTROL of their medication, they could manage their affairs more effectively than Doctors could. This sounds vaugely familiar. Something about WE THE PEOPLE...
