In regards to the Soviet testing....

We used to run up our missile up to opening the silo door every few weeks.

We're talking about keys in place, safes open and everything but the launch codes entered.

I don't know if I'm willing to believe that there is a Russian threat. I'm quite sure that Boris and George got together and have figured everything out.
