He was wearing what appeared to be an American flag kind of like a poncho, i.e., rectangular flag with hole in the middle to stick your head through. But it was an American flag. (Scumbag).

I'm so glad my husband is not into football :-) We watched a bit to catch the commercials and the half time entertainment (?) came on. Pretty crass and disgusting. I remarked that I must be getting old. My husband's remark "we're (society) going downhill fast". And neither one of us are really old "fuddy-duds".

The Kid Rock bit with the flag was WHOLLY INAPPROPRIATE.

As a culture, we've come apart at the seams.

No wonder the jihadis want to annhiliate us.

It is enough to make one ashamed to be an American.

This is a reminder that we should ALL do whatever we can to "right" the culture. Whether it starts in our own families, neighborhoods, social groups, etc. Do it a bit at a time. Boycott the Enimems, Madonnas, etc. Don't partake (I don't..in fact, I stopped watching ER [a favorite show] when they introduced the gay angle).

If enough of us start turning it off, not watching, not listening..we MAY make a dent.

That half time strip show was really disgusting from the first performer, I turned it off then. Drudge has the JJ expose picture on his website now just to confirm to the rest of the world the smut that we watch here.

The only commercials that were good were the Clydesdales and Earnhardt Jr, although his Bud commercial could have been much better. I saw one during a regular game where he made a touchdown in his car with the rest of the team chasing him on foot, that was good.
