If AQ tested a nuke anyplace in the world, then we would know it, and even if the Feds wanted to keep the hush on the test, someone in the private sector, who monitors these sorts of things, would have made the test public.

Whoever posted is either fantasizing (or making threats) of nuclear explosions. Let's hope it's someone out there fantasizing.

Agreed...but how do you know that Fed/private sector is telling what they know...if private sector knew, wouldn't it go to the Fed's...nuke testing in the 50's and 60's went on for some time without anyone knowing about it...I just think that the earth quake that happen several days ago at Serenaya and similar claims about the "Serenaya Project" from Muslim websites is very interesting...
