Oh MY~
I go to work, for just one day, and look what happens while I am gone~
MIRACLES!
Hooray for you all!
We are still praying and thanking God for his blessings on your family and all of us!
Thank you for keeping us posted!
You PING us all as much as you want...we are here and we are PRAYING!
Airline tickets...I have had better luck with expedia than with travelocity when booking regular tickets.
But when there has been an extenuating circumstance..such as needing to book the flight less the 14 days in advance, you gotta talk to the airlines directly. THEY HAVE BEEN SO GOOD TO US! Especially Alaska, used to be only a west coast airline, but hey now have flights all over the place.
Be prepared to prove your circumstance, Dr. notes etc...but once you offer them the documentation, I have yet to have them really want to see it.
FReepmail me if you want any help with the phone calling...I am a good "cheapskate" caller!
Also, keep telling everybody your story...frequently flights and airline miles are donated for people with sick kids.
And get those frequent flyer miles, everywhere you can. They are a pain in the behind...but a free ticket is a free ticket!
Love to you Kimmie7! All of you!
Sincerely,
M0sby

Thanks for this advice! I will definitely be putting it to good use. We should be able to book much earlier than 14 days, but hopefully we'll go sooner. (That reads funny, but I'm sure you understand.) I'll FReepmail you if I have any more questions.
