If all the books on the market are being sold for such a high price, one has to ask why? Who wants them and why do they want them. Is it conservatives looking for political ammunition, or is it ketchup money trying to preserve a campaign?
I have tried all my usual online sources for this book and haven't found anything except what I posted.
I think I will try the local used book stores next week and see what I can find. Maybe I can find a local copy for $5, read it, and then sell it again online for $750. LOL!
