I can tell you falt up that this poll is a pile of $hit and at best is inpet and worse a lie to help democrats. Kerry does not have the name recognition to do this and the most recent FOX News poll (as of 1/25) has Bush beating Kerry by 7 points.

I think the President has taken a major hit on immigration, especially among independents. His approvals in the Fox poll fell by 5 points after the SOTU address.
