This is what I foind on the Clark voting record..

Add to that Clark's admission that he voted for Republican presidential candidates Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, and that he appeared at a Republican fund-raiser for George W. Bush in 2001, and Clark is, to say the least, carrying unusual baggage for a man who would lead the Democrats this fall.

Doesn't say anywhere here he voted for Clinton and Gore.

Maybe he just got around to mailing in his ballot. Better late than never, right? Or maybe Lieberman made off with it because Clark was in the military. Maybe Joe didn't get the memo about Ashley being a Dem.
