Dean's nomination as the dimrut 2004 nomination was Bushs' best hope of keeping the White House in 2004.

Bush's advisors (Rove) seem to have overlooked two major ingredients for a winning recipe:

#1: The one taking Dean's place won't be as easy to beat.

and

#2: The near-revolution Bush has called among conservativs and liberals alike over his migrant invasion reform.

The fat lady has an opera a day to sing between now and November 10th.

Yes. I was hoping Dean would wait until AFTER he had the nomination to go nuts on national TV. Too bad, so sad.
