The next best line was (paraphrasing), "Some parts of the Patriot Act are set to expire next year....(Dem applause) but the terrorist threat will not expire on that schedule"...(HUGE Republican applause).

That was a good line. The best "squint look" of the night was the one he gave them right before he delivered the last part of that line.
