Actually, I believe Freeper Old Friend may have a good point about Fred.

Reading the press these last few days, I was prepared to dislike some of the president's proposals as they sounded very liberal to me, and like and expansion of goverment.

It's quite possible Fred read the same press and wrote a prepared rebuttal to the president's speech before he actually heard it.

Because I can't believe Fred heard the same speech I did.
