I think you're right. I can't imagine that the Clintons and McAwful will allow a nominee other than Hillary to potentially win this.

If I were a Leftist activist, I would want Dean to go third party. If I was strongly antiwar, Kerry (who is indecisve and duplicitous on Iraq) would not get my vote.
